I had a great time photographing this beautiful Senior student heading to college. We arranged portraits in a gorgeous South Park garden, with lots of possibilities for backgrounds. She had several different outfits, to show her versatility and sense of fun. Now, I’ve designed her senior announcements; graduation is almost here! Very exciting times for her and for her family. Thanks for a fun day in the garden!

Charlotte, NC, gives a lot. In fact, the Queen City was named the most socially responsible big city in the U.S., by the Conscious Consumer Spending Index ranking in this Charlotte Observer article last November. Charlotte is home to more than 400 non-profits, according to Share Charlotte, which aims to engage the community with charitable organizations.
Here at Nanine Hartzenbusch Photography, we are proud to support area non-profits through silent auction and other donations. This spring we are donating portrait sessions to The Salvation Army , The Ronald McDonald House and the Charity League of Charlotte.
We are also excited to host a mini-portrait session event at the McGill Rose Garden on Saturday May 5 and Sunday May 6 to benefit the Charity League of Charlotte. The McGill Rose Garden is a gorgeous setting for portraits. This historic urban North Charlotte garden, filled with rose bushes and other flowers will sing “Spring!” into your portraits. Charity League is near and dear to my heart. I’ve been a proud member for nine years; seven of them I’ve served on the board including two years as President. The League has assisted Charlotte children in need for almost 100 years. Your participation in this event will help us with our literacy and learning initiatives with Charlotte area students. Please see details in the flier below and contact us soon, these sessions will book up quickly!
I enjoyed photographing this beautiful senior girl in our South Park garden. She has a beautiful smile and a great outlook on life. I’ve known her family since we moved to Charlotte over a decade ago. In fact, her mom was the first friend I made a few days after we moved in to our home. I’ve watched her daughter grow up through our neighborhood and school celebrations, so when it was time to book her senior portrait, I was so happy to be able to capture her beauty in the garden. ‘Tis the season, for your senior’s portrait. If you have not booked yet, we still have time. I have weekday afternoons and some weekends remaining before May 15. I hope to work with you this spring!
I had such a wonderful time photographing this beautiful senior girl in the garden. The weather was crisp and sunny, the garden lush and provided a lovely backdrop for her milestone Senior portraits. This was a great opportunity to capture her beauty once more before she heads off to college. Mom and I have been friends for over a decade, so it was an honor for me to photograph her daughter. And of course we had to get a mom + daughter portrait. Have you booked your senior portraits yet? I have availability on weekdays and some weekends this spring before May 15. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to book your senior portrait!
The leaves are out in full color and what a great time to book a portrait session for your Class of 2018 Senior! I have a few sessions available in November and December. If you want to start thinking ahead, we are also starting to book sessions for Spring 2018. The senior year flies by with many “last” celebrations. Take time out for what’s important: capturing these moments in images before they leave high school. You’ll be glad you did! Let me share images of my recent senior sessions so you can see the possibilities!
